Day 1

Upon your arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will meet our tour guide who will escort you to Arusha Serena Hotel for dinner and one-night stay.

Day 2

On the following day after breakfast, you will drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. The journey will take approximately 2 to 3 hours. Tarangire National Park is a special and memorable piece of unreal estate in Tanzania with the Tarangire river flowing through the park, acting as a dry season magnet for wildlife. In the afternoon you will have a lunch at Tarangire Safari Lodge while having a magnificent view of Tarangire River. After lunch you will continue with your game drive as you enjoy the beautiful sights in the wild. Dinner and overnight at Burunge Tented Lodge.

day 3

Breakfast followed by a full game drive in Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park has a large population of elephants, gently undulating hills, contrasting vegetation and unrivalled birdlife species. The park has other different species like lions, giraffes, Maasai Klipspringer, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, baboons and many more. You will have a picnic lunch then proceed with your game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Burunge Tented Lodge.

Day 4

Early morning drive from Tarangire National Park to Lake Manyara National Park for a wildlife game viewing. Manyara is known for its tree-climbing lions, but it takes excellent luck to spot them. Picnic lunch as you continue to enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Lake Manyara. After lunch you will continue with a game drive then head to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Farm House.

Day 5

After breakfast, you will go on a Crater Tour in Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The Crater is known to be one of the Wonders of the World with a diversity of wildlife and the Maasai culture. Ngorongoro combines the best of all worlds for its wildlife whereby on the crater floor there are different wildlife like Buffaloes, Rhinos, Lions; and the Wildebeests, Zebras and Gazelle who participate in the migration in the Ndutu area. You will have a picnic lunch as you continue to spot different wildlide like the antelopes, bird species and many other species on the Crater floor. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena lodge.

Day 6

The final day of your safari will begin as usual by 8:00 AM after a luscious breakfast. The destination for today is Arusha to Tarangire National Park where you will have a half day game drive. Tanzania’s third largest National park is known for its majestic baobab trees that dot the landscape, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. The Tarangire River is the centerpiece of this park which is famous for some of the largest herds of elephants in Africa. Here you may see lion, leopard, cheetah, lesser kudu, buffalo, Oryx, eland, giraffe and zebra. By mid afternoon, you will branch out and head towards Arusha where you will be dropped off to your preferred location by about 6PM in the evening. With an incredible experience and loads of memories to cherish, this is the time you bid goodbye to your team.

Day 7

Embark on a full day in Ndutu/ Southern Serengeti a very special area interspersed by occasional gallops and much snorting on the short grass plain with abundance of Wildebeest, Zebras and Gazelle. Predators like the Vultures wheeling overhead, Leopards and Lions are seen lurking in trees and thicker bush preying on the new born calves. You will have a relaxing picnic lunch with a scenic view over the Savannah. On your return from wildlife viewing, you will head back to your lodge to freshen up and have dinner. After, you will enjoy the evening breeze and see the brights stars in the night sky. Dinner and overnight at TNS Kuhama Camp.

Day 8

Another day to explore the plains rich in wildlife, contrasting rivers, valleys, hills and floodplains on the Southern Serengeti landscape. As you continue your wildlife viewing, you stand a chance of seeing the lions, zebra, different bird species, giraffe, Impala, Hyena, Cheetah, Warthog and many more. You will have a picnic lunch with amazing views then proceed with an afternoon wildlife viewing. Later in the evening, you will head to Mbuzi Mawe lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9

Today you will have another chance for a full day game drive in Serengeti following the Great migration. Picnic lunch as you continue to enjoy the scenic view over the Savannah. After lunch, you will proceed with the game drive to explore the diversity of wildlife over the Endless Plains as well as scenic landscapes and key wildlife regions like Barafu Kopjes and Gol Kopjes. Later in the evening, you will head to Mbuzi Mawe lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10

After breakfast, a drive from Mbuzi Mawe lodge in Serengeti to Karatu crossing Ngorongoro. On this day you will visit Olduvai Gorge where the archaeological evidence of the earliest traces of history of humans is found. This is a site museum where the evolution of species with unearthed fossils of animals and hominids can be traced in the unfolding story of about two million years ago. You will have a picnic lunch then proceed to the north-west to see the Migratory dunes, also known as the Shifting Sands. This is one of the most spectacular moving ash dunes in the world blown westward leaving heavier dark coloured iron-rich materials forming the dune. It is a remarkable crescent shaped black dune made of volcanic ash from Oldoinyo Lengai. After the visit you will proceed to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay at Farm House.

Day 11

Enjoy your last day of wildlife viewing as you drive to Mto wa Mbu for a Cultural tour and opt for bike tours as well as walking tours. This place gives you an opportunity to interact with craftsmen, local farmers and artisans. In the afternoon you have a local lunch. During the tour, you will get to learn the innovative farming practices of the villagers and their banana plantation, take a stroll around the craft market, visit the youth art projects, and learn about the Makonde tribesmen and their skilled wood carvings art. Later you will head back to Arusha for your evening flight back home.
