Day 1: Arrival & Stone Town Walking Tour
Arrive in Zanzibar and transfer to your hotel in the heart of Stone Town. After settling in, embark on a walking tour of the historic city. Explore iconic landmarks such as the Sultan’s Palace, the Old Fort, and Forodhani Gardens. End the day with a sunset view along the waterfront, soaking in the city’s charm.
Day 2: Spice Tour & Slave Market History
In the morning, take a guided Spice Tour, where you’ll learn about Zanzibar’s famous spices and their role in the island’s history. In the afternoon, visit the former Slave Market to understand Zanzibar’s involvement in the slave trade and its impact on the culture. Take the evening to explore local markets or enjoy traditional Zanzibari cuisine.
Day 3: Local Markets & Departure
In the morning, take a trip to Jozani Forest, home to the rare Red Colobus monkeys and other unique wildlife. Afterward, head to a local spice farm where you’ll learn about the island’s rich spice trade and sample fresh spices. Return to the resort for some evening relaxation by the beach.
